'No Surrender' is the first print made by Tracey Emin at the new Counter Studios in her hometown of Margate, Kent. The lithograph is closely linked to her recent paintings. Emin articulates the joy and suffering that is intrinsic to human existence, from the often fraught territory of sexual relationships, to the physical trauma of abortion, and the recent passing of her mother.
