Shuby
Shuby is from Ramsgate and is now based in South London. She began pasting up posters and cut outs around East and South London in 2007 with mandalas of dancing Xmas ladies that moved on to images of Josephine Baker and rows of girls with bananas.
Her influences are technicolour and super 8 film, retro advertising and annuals, jumble sales, kaleidoscopes, fractals and collage.
