Alex Dipple - Slant 4

Original collaged newsprint artwork.

This piece is constructed using coloured horizontal rules cut from The Independent newspaper. It is the final image to be constucted using these rules, since the multi-coloured lines were discontinued by The Independent in early 2010. This work represents a period in time from which Slant 1 and 2 also emerged, it particularly underlines the fragility of Alex's materials and illustrates its dependence on evolving external forces. 

This piece is unframed, but can be framed by the artist (to conservation standards) on request.
